What to know

Bullying can happen in person, in groups, games, texts, or social media.

Do not retaliate in a way that puts you in more danger.

Save messages or screenshots when safe, block harmful accounts, and tell a trusted adult.

Try it

If you see bullying, do not join in. Get an adult, include the person being targeted, and report unsafe behavior.

When to reach out

Threats, stalking, sexual messages, or violence need adult intervention quickly.
